From the first gummies today I can tell a huge difference in my energy, motivation, and clearheadedness.
I have tried so many supplements for energy and focus and this combination is absolutely the best for me. I take 2 after breakfast and 2 after lunch for a full day of clear headed calm energy.

I'd been looking for an edible caffeine supplement that didn't contain artificial sweeteners and wasn't too high (but also not too low, like 5 mg) in caffeine, as I'm caffeine sensitive (definitely under 100 mg, preferably under 75 or so).
Thought I was SOL, but then I saw these advertised. The claims about bypassing jitters and less crash seem to be accurate. So far so good.

I’ve been using the caffeine-infused gummies for a couple weeks now and I have noticed an increase in focus and productivity well into the afternoon.
I take it shortly after my last cup of coffee, usually around 10am, and it carries me into the afternoon without any crash or jitters.

I’ve been a matcha drinker for several years so I’m very familiar with the benefits of l-theanine. With regards to matcha, these gummies are great! It’s not like coffee’s “HEEEERE’S JOHNNY!” type energy, it’s way more subtle – like you just kind of notice a small boost that gets you right to where you want to be. I like them more than matcha as well, because I have to dose my matcha with creamer to help hide the blunt earthy flavor.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the energy last? When should I take them?
Energy lasts 3-4 hours
Take 1-2 gummies after breakfast, and 1-2 after lunch if needed
Maximum 4 gummies per day
Try to avoid consuming any caffeine within 8 hours of sleeping (for most people)
Is this safe? What's actually in them? What do they taste like?
Just two active ingredients: Natural caffeine (50mg) from Guayusa tea and L-theanine (100mg)
Both ingredients have extensive safety research
No artificial sweeteners, colors, or preservatives
Vegan, organic clean formula
Made in USA
They taste great. Like candy, but not overly sweet. You'd never know there was caffeine in them.
How do these compare to coffee/energy drinks?
1 gummy = roughly half cup of coffee (50mg caffeine)
1 gummy = 1/4 of most energy drinks (they have too much)
Cleaner energy without the jitters (thanks to L-theanine)
No crash or afternoon slump
More precise dosing control than coffee
Will these really prevent jitters and crashes?
L-theanine is scientifically proven to reduce caffeine jitters
The 2:1 ratio of L-theanine to caffeine is optimal for focus without anxiety
